What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
What are your shipping costs?
We charge a flat $ 12.50 per order. Exceptions include oversized/heavy in accordance with UPS rules and items that require truck freight. These items show the truck freight in their description and you will also see these charges in your shopping cart.
How will my order be delivered?
Most shipments go United Parcel Service. Exceptions will apply.
How quickly will my order ship?
Most orders will ship same/next day. There are exceptions such as special orders.
What are your hours?
Our Sales/Tech Support is available M-F 9am-4pm EST. Messages left after hours will be returned the next business day.
Return / Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the new/unused item in the original packaging and box within 60 days, with a copy of the invoice. You must also call Hudson Performance to obtain a Returned Goods Authorization number for a refund or exchange. When making a return, please remember to follow the rules stated below:
- Returns will not be accepted without a copy of the original invoice
- Absolutely no returns on merchandise over 60 days old.NO Exceptions.
- NO returns will be accepted without an RGA number.

- No COD or freight-collect shipments will be accepted. Credit will be issued for merchandise only - no refunds on handling/shipping charges. On new, unused items, a determination will be made when your package is received for refund, credit, or exchange.
Freight & Handling Fee Policies
- We ship your order the same day, or the following day, on most items ordered by 3:00pm EST (except where noted--see below) in the continental USA. A UPS delivery area surcharge is applied to each ground package delivered to residences in certain zip codes as determined by the freight carrier.
- Additional delivery days may apply to some items, such as, oversize items, truck freight items, select zip codes, and remote delivery areas.
- All items designated "Truck Freight" will be invoiced at the cost indicated on the item.

Oversize charge of $ 70.00 may apply to some large items.
Additional Delivery Charge of $ 10.00 may apply to some items.
Hazardous materials must be shipped by ground at an additional cost per item as determined by the carrier, in addition to our normal handling charges.

- 2-Day Delivery available in the continental USA at additional cost based on dimensional weight, up to 80 lbs. total, in addtion to our normal handling fees. Place your order before 2 PM, EST Monday through Friday, and your order will be shipped that day.

Warranty/Damage Claims
- Inspect your shipment upon arrival.
- Report any damage or shipping related breakage immediately to the carrier. Used items still under manufacturers warranty may have to be inspected by a factory representative before a refund or exchange can be authorized.

- We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order (only) or a personal check. Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.
- Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.
